I had a wonderful experience at this store. The staff is wonderful, courteous and made me feel at home. I had never thought of getting my hearing checked because I’m still in my 20s, but within a few minutes they were able to tell me how I have a slight loss in my left ear. The free hearing test got me in the door but the professionalism is what will keep me coming back. Thank you again

I came here with my 2 children .we were welcomed the minute i walked into the store they immediately made me feel at home. Everyone was just so happy and i did the hearing screening with the young gentlemen that was the hearing specialist there. He was the most polite, apologetic. He made me feel like i was normal needing the hearing aids. He helped me thru it and this is a huge deal for me thank you so much. Came in for a free hearing test. I WALKED OUT THAT DAY WITH HEARING AIDS! Audiologist was kind and cared about helping me! I cried as soon as he put the hearing aids on me ! I thought I’d never be able to hear again ( this is what multiple Drs told me for years because my hearing loss was so bad) he assured me that I would hear in a hour of being with him ! He made me feel just like family ! The hours are amazing, I don’t have to take off work because they are open till 9 pm ! I knew I wouldn’t have the money for the hearing aids and someone worked with me for 5 min and got me approved with care credit ! I can’t even explain how grateful I am that I walked by this place!
